Beginning on 1 January 2011, the IHO S-57 Data Producer Code Register is no longer hosted on the OpenECDIS Forum.  Instead, under the new IHO S-100 Geospatial Information (GI) Registry, companies or organizations producing IHO S-57 and/or IHO S-100 data are registered under the new Data Producer Code Register.
